I put this in once a week and wake up with the SILKIEST hair ever. I use the shampoo, put this in for 3 minutes, rinse it out and done! I sometimes use the k18 mask after (which I don't know if that's too much) and it makes my hair look so healthy and soft. 10/10 product.
